Nourished
Nourished is a group practice of Registered Dietitian Nutritionists. Our founder, Jessica White, RDN, LDN, had a dream of creating a practice where individuals could find the nutrition and wellness support they need from professional experts who are trained in Medical Nutrition Therapy. In addition to this, she also wanted to create a work-home for dietitians to be able to practice and follow their dreams as outpatient dietitians. All registered dietitians must be licensed and uphold strict standards of care to practice Medical Nutrition Therapy. This isn't like getting nutrition advice from the internet!
We have a team of three RDNs who have many years of experience in helping people in a variety of settings. Each team member has a passion for helping others and a drive to be an excelling dietitian. In addition to this, each member of the team has their own area of expertise, so please reach out to see who would be the best fit for you and your specific needs! We accept most major insurances and also have self-pay options available.
